Formatting & Templates

Document Specs	A4 size, Portrait, 1-inch (2.54cm) margins, Single column.
Typography	Times New Roman. Title: 14pt Bold. Text/Authors: 12pt. Single spaced (1.0).
Author Notation	Underline presenting author. Asterisk (*) corresponding author.
Style Rules	SI Units. Spell out abbreviations on first use. Vancouver style references.

Abstract Template Proceeding Template

Abstract Guidelines

Language: English (American or British).
Length: Maximum 300 words.
Content: Must include introduction, summary of results, and conclusions.
Restrictions: No graphs, figures, tables, or references.
Formatting: Spell out all Greek characters (e.g., alpha, beta).

Proceeding Guidelines

Language & Length: English. 4 to 8 pages total.
Structure: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords (3-6), Intro, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, References.
Content: Must include bioinformatic analysis of omics data. Figures/tables must be embedded.
File Size: Maximum 12 MB (compress images).
Publication Fee: 1,000 THB surcharge for full paper publication.

Presentation Requirements

Poster Presentations

Required for all accepted abstracts/proceedings unless selected for an oral presentation.

Dimensions: Maximum 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H).
Design: Must be readable from 5 feet. Avoid small fonts.
Materials: Mounting equipment provided on-site.
Attendance: Presenting authors must attend assigned sessions.

Oral Presentations

Selected via registration opt-in. Presenters do not need a poster.

Format: 20-minute slot (including Q&A).
File Type: PowerPoint (.pptx) only.
Hardware: Mac users must bring a display adapter.
Validation: Presenters must test files at the AV room prior to their session.
